How Can We Help?
1. The Application Process
Our standard recruitment process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time you submit your application. This includes initial CV screening, HR interview, technical/departmental interview, and final offer generation. We strive to keep all candidates updated on their status throughout the process.
Yes, you may apply for more than one position if your skills and experience align with the requirements of each role. However, we recommend focusing on the 1 or 2 roles that best match your career goals and current expertise.
2. Qualifications & Eligibility
Absolutely! We welcome fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn. Many of our Entry-Level and Trainee roles do not require prior experience. We also offer a highly successful Internship Program that has a 76% conversion rate to permanent employment.
While fluency in Khmer is essential for most local roles, basic to intermediate English is highly preferred as we use international systems and collaborate with our regional headquarters. Specific English or Chinese proficiency requirements will be explicitly stated in the job description for each role.
3. Working at Chailease
We are a professional financial institution. We recommend wearing business professional attire (e.g., a suit, tie, or formal dress/blouse) for your interview. It shows respect for the process and helps you make a great first impression!
